Slow Cooker Lamb Curry

Slow Cooker Lamb Curry

This is a must mention recipe, I’m not going to lie it takes a little prep to do. But the end result on this lamb recipe is worth it. Plus when I saw that the recipe called for curry, that was enough for me. With that said, try it, and see it might be  a recipe that’s worth freezing a head of time as well. In my opinion all slow cooker recipes should be freezable, and if you have a large enough family that leaves you no time to yourself, then seriously consider freezer cooking, it makes a world of difference!

Mint Glazed Lamb in a Slow Cooker

Happy TGIF!!!! Everybody!

Here’s one for the books, Mint Glazed Lamb, just take a look at the pics a lone. It says it all, does anyone out there, have any suggestions, on sides for this dish? Other then potatoes & salads? Lets get creative folks, also don’t forget to include wine.

What comes to mind is different kinds of rices, that I think will go well with Mint Glazed Lamb or some Risotto with Asparagus. As far as the wine definitely a good red! I don’t know if you have a Trader Joe’s by your house, but if you do stop by they always have a deal, and here’s one even better when Bev Mo, has their sale, which is a buy one bottle, and get the second one for for 5 cents. DO IT!!! iT DOES NOT GET MUCH BETTER THEN THAT.
