This is a definite easy slow cooker chicken recipe, without a doubt! It’s only 7 ingredients. Remember what I said in past posts, it’s all about getting breakfast, lunch, dinner out of the way. What’s awesome about this recipe is that you can do a variety of combinations, like serving wild rice to the dish, or if you wanted to go Mexican add a pack or 2 of taco seasoning to it. And just have a stack of tortillas ready to go with all the sides, or pulled chicken sliders. What do you think????

Also you my want to try using the filling for Chimichangas! What’s also awesome about this recipe is that it’s only 5 ingredients!!! Yes you heard it right 5 ingredients only. That’s probably what I love the most about this crock pot recipe. As if you haven’t noticed, what’s awesome about the recipe itself, is that it can best stretched out in the sense of that you can create more dishes out of the one recipe like the Tacos, Burritos, Chimichangas. Which in turn means it’s a money saver & time saver for you and the family!
Mexican Pulled Pork
Check out this pulled pork recipe I found over at simple recipes, which in my opinion is probably one of the better sites out there! They always have quality!!! With that said just take a look at the pulled pork pic it says it all! What I really like about the recipe is that it starts off with a rub, and then goes into browning the meat, which makes the meat itself pop!!!

Here’s a good weekend hit fast and easy chicken taco recipe. This recipe is a no frills version of a soft taco recipe. The only complaint I have is that the taco mix packets would have come in handy!!! It’s half the battle and takes things up to another level. With this slow cooker recipe I would consider some sides like a salad!Or even better take the salad to another level as well. How about a Tostada salad!!! Any suggestions anyone?! Or some really good Nachos to go with it. Or some slow cooker Enchiladas, Burritos, Or one of my favorites Chimichangas. The one thing about Mexican food it’s good simple, and at times inexpensive.
