Someone by the name of Curtysaurus Rex, at Yahoo Answers asked the above mentioned question, and a woman by the name Daise gave the correct answer which was, you should of cooked your chicken in the crock pot first and then diced it up. It will get to dry now that you have diced it before you cooked it. You could of cooked chicken on low for 8 hours or on low for 4 hours. And what I added was the CPK Temps page, the answer is at the More Tips section.
Reason being, there’s been so many times when I’ve cooked meats in general, for long periods of time in a crock pot, and the moment, and I mean the moment the air hit it it was all over for the meat. With that said check your temps, and whats the suggested time for whatever meats your going to use.
