Thank God hump day is over! With that said here’s a video on slow cooker chicken thighs with honey & garlic that’s come my way, and that’s definitely worth making. And it’s a money saver & time saver as well. I’ll explain after the video.
I love chicken recipes like this same thing applies to this slow cooker recipe as I’ve said in past post. Definitely think about doubling or even tripling the recipe, and also consider prepping the recipe for freezing for future use!!! This is where the money saving factor & time saver comes in!

Crock Pot Jamaican Spiced Chicken Stew
This crock pot chicken stew recipe is definitely worth making, talk about an over the top freeze left over dish. I’m Cuban when I see anything Jamaican I just have to try it. Being Cuban the only compliant I have is you have to have a side dish of plantains! Period theirs no if’s, and’s, or but’s!!!:) You just have to have them. Also usually dishes like this come with yellow rice. Also just to say all jamaican, and Cuban, Puerto Rican etc… is creole food!

What I want to elaborate on is that if you know of anyone in college I think this site would benefit them it’s called: College Lifestyles An Online Magazine for Classy Co-Eds. With that said, if theirs anyone class of person who would benefit from a crock pot it’s a college students:)!!! hands Down!!! between all the classes they take & all the studying involved, cooking is sometimes the last thing on there mind! As a parent please invest in a crock pot for your child, think of it this way they would have a healthy meal for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. Because while they at class, and they come back to there dorm they have food waiting for them. And if your sending them money, it’s an awesome money saver because the meals are stretched out, and they have left overs to get them through. Which in turn is easier on your wallet!

This is an awesome Vegan recipe weather your a vegan or not! This curry chickpea stew recipe is worth the prep time. What I love about these kind of recipes is that they freeze well. Always remember that if you have the opportunity to double the recipe then do it. The more pre-cooking you get out of the way, the better. Because the bottom line is to do as much less cooking as you can.

I’m not going to lie to you, this recipe requires some work. But like a lot of Asian inspired recipes the final result is absolutely awesome! The title itself says it all! The recipe also comes from, a site that I have a lot of respect for it’s called Kalyn’s Kitchen, they always have quality recipes! This recipe in my opinion should be doubled, and or tripled, just simply freeze the remaining portions for a later time, trust me you won’t regret it!!!

This slow cooked chicken legs recipe, from Lynn’s Kitchen Adventures, is a for sure winner especially if your on the go, and want to knock out dinner quickly for the family! Which we all do especially when everyone starts to complain. Ha Ha With that said keep in mind there’s a ton of sides you can add to complete the dinner process even faster, like just adding premade potato, macaroni, Cole slaw salads etc… you get the idea. And not to mention premade baked beans, and or a big batch of rice. These kinds of recipes are so easy to make, all you do is add your chicken to the pot, then just add your seasonings!
